• OCTOBER 5th | Utah Humanities Book Festival with Liz Kay |
7:00 pm | Weber Main Library
Liz Kay comes home to Ogden, Utah, to launch her new novel Fallout. A graduate of St. Joseph Catholic High School in Ogden, Kay will be here to sell and discuss the new book.

• OCTOBER 6th | Utah Humanities Book Festival with Alberto Rios  | 
7:00 pm | Weber Main Library
Alberto Rios will share his poetry at the Railtown Readings in Ogden along with Sunni Brown Wilkinson. Discover the talented writers working and thriving “right here in Railtown,” or the greater Ogden area. Enjoy live readings by featured authors and have the opportunity to share your writing during the open microphone portion.

• OCTOBER 6th | Utah Humanities Book Festival with Brandon Mull  | 
7:00 pm | Pleasant Valley Library
Brandon Mull, New York Times Bestselling author of the Fablehaven Series, will speak, read, and sell books at this free event! 

• OCTOBER 10th | Book Launch of "How Many More Days?!"  | 
10:00 am - Book signing with authors Morgan Lindahl and Amanda Gonzales
11:00 am - Book reading of "How Many More Days?!" - FREE!
6:00 pm - Join us for an *adults only* evening designed specifically for parents and caregivers, featuring a reading of "How Many More Days?! followed by a Q&A with a Child & Family Therapist. Bring your real questions about blended family life — especially those difficult transition days. We’ll create an open, supportive conversation around navigating goodbyes, helping children cope with missing their siblings, managing big emotions, and strengthening connection between transitions. You’ll leave with age-appropriate coping strategies, practical tools, and ideas you can take home and use with your children. The event is FREE, but you need to register here.

• OCTOBER 15th | Pumpkin Calligraphy Class with Ammi  | 6:00 pm 
No experience? No problem! Learn calligraphy basics in 1.5 hours with our resident expert, Ammi and  practice at our Paper Bar! Grab a snack and a drink, and take home your own beginner kit. Tickets can be purchased here.

• OCTOBER 17th | Jelly Sticks Pop-Up | 10 am - 1 pm
FREE - Come meet our newest consignor, Jelly Sticks! We fell in love with this incredible cuticle oil and know you will too. Come learn why it's miles ahead of anything you'll find in the store and learn about Jelly Stick's story! 

• OCTOBER 24th | Tales of Two-Bit Street Author Signing | 10 am - 1 pm
FREE - Come meet the authors of our best-selling books, Tales of Two-Bit Street!

• OCTOBER 30th | SPOOKEASY | 6 pm - 9 pm
We're staying open late, and this time the haunted basement's invited! Shop after hours with first dibs on our holiday inventory, then head downstairs, if you dare, where local vendors are selling their goodies in our haunted basement! Your $15 ticket gets you in the door plus free dirty sodas, popcorn, and cotton candy. We're also giving you a chance to win a gift basket stuffed with goodies from every Spookeasy vendor. The first 25 guests also score a swag bag, so don't delay! Tickets can be purchased here.

• OCTOBER 31st | Witches Brunch | 10:30 am
Grab your broom and your best hat! We're collaborating with The Brunch Club for our first ever Witches Brunch! We'll serve up bewitching mocktails, artisan chocolate, and a few witchy activities to keep things spellbinding. Space is limited, so grab your tickets here.
